SDSN Youth will take a part in the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize Forum at Augsburg University from September 13 to 16, participating in two panels, one workshop, a presentation, and a concert. The goal of the conference is to inspire peacemaking efforts through exposure to the exemplary work of past Nobel Peace Prize Laureates.
At the High-Level Dialogue on Thursday, September 14, SDSN Youth team members Siamak Sam Loni, Isabel Pérez Dobarro, and Tasya Kamila, along with Youth Solutions Report innovator and GREEN Program CEO Melissa Lee, will give an overview of the organization and presented SDG16-related projects included in the Youth Solutions Report.
In addition, SDSN Youth will be awarded the Young Peacemakers Prize on behalf of the organization’s peacemaking efforts worldwide at the Forum. The award comes with the recognition of SDSN Youth's promotion for action by the youth in implementing the SDGs, as well as its commitment to foster dialogue and peacebuilding.
